Uses for Apple Cider Vinegar


Apple cider vinegar is one of the most common DIY household products because of its so potent and perfect for many homemade apple cider vinegar cleaners and solutions. From simple household cleaning to beauty, it simply has amazing effects that make it a must have for everyone to keep in the house.   1. Adding a few drops of apple cider vinegar to your bath will help relieve itching and inflammation on the skin. It helps regulate the pH of the skin and even do away with unwanted bacteria on the body (use my dry brush techniques before your bath).
  2. Reducing the appearance of cellulite with apple cider vinegar really works. Mix it with water and honey for everyday drinking, it helps. Drink every morning a mix of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar by adding it with 8 ounces of water.  Drink it regularly and make your cellulite go away.
  3. It is used for rinsing hair after shampooing. It helps make the hair look shiny and healthy.
  4. Apple cider vinegar is used in treating warts at home. A cotton ball soaked in this vinegar and fastened on the warts overnight helps in getting rid of them.
  5. People looking to lose and manage weight can also use apple cider vinegar everyday. Acetic acid – the main ingredient – is known to help in cutting excess weight.
  6. Research has proven that stomach acid reflux and heartburn can be treated using apple acid vinegar even though it is an acid in itself.

  8. Apple acid vinegar is used as an anti-flea application on pets.
  9. Teeth whitening at home is done by rubbing apple cider vinegar. It helps remove stubborn stains on teeth.
  10. Mixed with an equal amount of water and shaken, it is also be used as an aftershave.
